I finally repaired what I could of the bad scan. It looks a bit closer to the original now.
Finished at last! I have always been amazed by the creative genius that was Jim Henson. His love of life, laughter, and children is amazing. And his creations are still so accessable today. Long live Kermit the Frog.
I spent way too long on the piece. Probably 20 hours. Working on it a little bit at a time.
Materials: graphite pencils, prismacolors, tissues, cotton swabs, lots of erasers, and photoshop to clean up the scan.
The reference for Henson was based on a photo (c) 2005 of The Jim Henson Company. It's one of my favorite pictures of him.
