Artist's Comments
This was more a practice in using PhotoShop than anything else. I used a simple gaussian blur effect to make the star in the foreground really pop.
 ... A DD?! Oh my...  I never thought I'd receive one, and now that I have my message center looks like it's exploded. Thank you ^FaMz, and thanks so very much for every kind comment and fav! I'll do my best to eventually get back to everyone. But it may take me years. So if you get a random thank you from me a decade from now, it'll probably be from this.   And if you were wondering, this is from a series of photos done using a bouquet of roses my husband gave me. The use of photoshop was for post processing work to create the blurred effect on the photo's background. The star was actually cut out of the rose petal using a crafting punch. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
